Job Description
Provides functional coordination and support to the Work Control function. Coordinates coordinates the receipt of service orders and assignment of work orders as necessary to ensure timely completion of requested maintenance, service and repairs using the MAXIMO system. Coordinates assignment of work orders to maintenance/repair personnel, tracks work order completion, updates service order status and communicates status / schedule updates. Performs the duties of junior positions as needed. May provide task-level guidance and direction to less experienced personnel. Assists in tracking maintenance cycles, equipment utilization and coordinates inventory of spare parts and materials as assigned. May assist in training personnel and leading work teams as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the "General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities" addendum.
Basic Job Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and five (5) years to eight (8) years related experience.
Other Job Requirements
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a Secret Security Clearance
Designated BUILDER representatives - KEY PERSONNEL
Responsible for generating, prioritizing, tracking, and closing all OM&R and Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work tasks on AASAB, Cargo City, and JSSD-K within the allotted time for each classification.
Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.
Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military and/or contingency experience.
