Fuel Distribution System Driver/Operator (Tier 2)

Monitors and maintains aviation, diesel, and mogas fuels in the tanks of a fuel farm. Performs usage
calculations, initiates service orders, and required fuel amounts for tank filling. Performs routine logistical
functions including preparation of receiving or shipping documents. Inspects samples of fuels, and checks
gravity and flashpoint. Gauges tanks for water, temperature, and fuel levels. Performs preventive
maintenance and repairs on fuel terminal systems. Operate fuel trucks as needed to transport fuel from
designated fuel farm to designated fuel distribution points such as Forward Arial Refueling Points (FARP)
and retail fuel points.
