Job Description
Supervises Fuel Distribution operations within assigned units. Supervises assigned sections of the logistical planning and management functions of aviation, diesel, and mogas fuel missions. Develops maintenance plans for fuel equipment at assigned locations. Ensures that usage calculations, service times, and fuel levels are maintained as required. Completes and verifies forms and submits daily situation reports. Completes inspections, sampling and analysis in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures. Maintains fuel documents and archives files for future reference and internal and client audits. May operate and maintain retail fuel systems as assigned. Maintains a training program for Fuels personnel. Responsible for evaluating employee and subcontractor performance, and recommends corrective measures. Collects, reviews, and submits time sheets and work week schedules. Conducts daily safety briefings and ensures HSE standards are observed. Performs work in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, MIL STD 3004-C, APT 4-43, DA PAM 710-2-1. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and Minimum of four (4) years related experience
Other Job Requirements
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
