Job Description
Provides specialized services to support MWR program and personnel as assigned. Coordinates MWR facilities, equipment and activities as assigned. Provides customer service to Company and client personel regarding the use of MWR facilities, equipment or programs. Prepares and maintains recreational programs and reports. Properly issues recreational equipment and supplies to Company and client personnel. Follows established procedures and maintains records, system data and logs as required. Checks equipment condition and initiates request for repair or replacement as appropriate. Registers participants into recreation programs. Answers or refers questions in person, via email, or by telephone from the staff and client. May include activities supporting the operation and maintenance of analog or digital communications. Assists in customer service initiatives throughout the department. Follows safe work practices at all times. Performs duties in accordance with DODI 1330.13, TB MED 575, and AR 215-6. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and Minimum of four (4) years related experience
Other Job Requirements
Requires the job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
