Job Description

*** Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Required ***

Under the direction of the Aladdin Customer Service Center (ACSC) Lead, the CSC Customer Service Representative/Lead is responsible for supporting daily operations related to customer service, customer interaction, troubleshooting, logistics, and Help Desk support.

This position serves as a senior level customer service representative within the ACSC. The ACSC representative is responsible for providing an array of customer driven on demand services within a secure government facility.

Daily support to include but not limited to all following tasks:
• Maintain customer self-service area, equipment, and supplies
• Perform customer service activities to include but not limited to, answering telephones, communicating with site customers, and following up to ensure work task completion.
• Greet and handle customer requests at the ACSC walk-up desk
• Ensure all material received corresponds with packing lists
• Resolve document/material discrepancies as required
• Input information into software programs (such as Maximo, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ensure proper handling of all sensitive, classified, and/or hazardous materials and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to all site safety policy and procedures, and ensure compliance of OSHA regulations; report incidents immediately to supervisor
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Work independently, or as part of a team, to provide world class customer service support
• Promote swift detection and resolution of potential issues at the earliest possibility
• Effectively handle conflict resolution and conduct work task prioritization
• Provide customer service and support to multiple organizations within a secure facility
• Support other elements of the Fluor Logistics Team as directed
• Seek and make recommendations to supervisor for continuous process improvement
• Operate government or Fluor owned vehicles and equipment required to complete daily duties
• Work within an office or warehouse setting
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements  

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders  

• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job  

• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines  

• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner   

Other Job Requirements

• Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• U.S Citizen
• Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working conditions.
• To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
• Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions, to include: Employee is required to stand, walk, sit; Use hands to finger, handle, grip and grab material and tools; Reach with hands and arms, extending arms forward and above the head; Climb ladders and stairs, and perform work at heights; Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; Lift 35 pounds of material; Work in tight or closed in spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $102,000.00 - $184,000.00
