Job Description
Fluor Corporation has established a Technology Hub in Copenhagen to service the Nordic countries. Our office in Portland Towers is brand new and we are hiring some of the brightest professionals who take pride in delivering top-notch services and solutions to our clients.
A leadership position for overall development and implementation of sales activities for a region, This position will be responsible for international sales, national sales, regional sales. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies for increasing sales/profits, and the generation of new business for the company.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Advanced Technology & Life Sciences (ATLS) business line, aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the advanced technology and life sciences sectors
- Lead preparation of commercial proposal and makes commercial recommendations to management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, legal, tax, risk
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal structuring
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Report regularly to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, closing profitable deals and deliver new award targets
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree in business, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field
- Fifteen (15) years of work-related experience
- Proven track record in life sciences and/or advanced technologies, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Forecasting and reporting
- Willingness to business travel

Preferred Qualifications
- Work permit in Denmark
- Seven (7) years of Sales and Business Development directing and strategic initiatives experience
- Ability to: Involve clients in project and strategic objectives by aligning goals
- Target the right level of the client – selling solutions to issues
- Use data analytics and market trend analysis for business development opportunities
- Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams
