Job Description
The Co‑Console Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Fluor’s Co‑Console construction and turnover management system. This role ensures data integrity, system reliability, and consistent execution of construction automation processes across projects. The position supports project teams through technical guidance, system training, troubleshooting, and coordination with other construction and engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
- Administer and maintain the Co‑Console environment, including user access, permissions, and security.
- Ensure data integrity through structured data organization, controlled storage methods, and proper handling of attachments and documentation.
- Perform system health checks and monitor database performance.
Data Management
- Maintain consistency and completeness of construction data within Co‑Console.
- Import and export data as needed for project activities.
- Support turnover documentation and structured handover processes.
System Integration and Support
- Coordinate data integration requirements between Co‑Console and other construction systems.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support to users across project teams.
- Stay current with construction automation technologies and recommend improvements
Training and Documentation
- Develop and deliver user training materials and guidance documents.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate reports, status summaries, and system‑based analytics for project leadership.
- Analyze data trends and recommend enhancements to system utilization.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure adherence to Fluor’s Operating System Requirements (OSR) related to construction automation.
- Maintain data security and compliance with corporate standards.
Other Responsibilities
- Support other construction automation tools as required.
- Provide recommendations to resolve issues based on project and organizational objectives.
Basic Job Requirements

- Accredited four‑year degree or equivalent experience (combination of education and related work).
- Ability to communicate clearly with all project stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to construction systems and data management.
- Ability to learn and apply applicable guidelines and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under time constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Co‑Console or equivalent construction systems completion software.
- Knowledge of construction work processes and interaction between engineering, construction, vendors, and clients.
- Familiarity with MasterPlant Solutions or similar enterprise tools.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel, presentations, and database applications.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $74,000.00 - $138,000.00
