Job Description
Fluor Gliwice is part of Fluor Corporation based in the USA, a provider of professional and technical solutions in the field of technical consulting, design and management of investment projects.
Fluor in Gliwice operates as part of the Urban Solutions and Energy Solutions business lines. We have extensive experience, in particular in the implementation of investment projects for segments such as:
- Life Sciences (pharmacy, biotechnology)
- Advanced Technologies (battery industry, database centers)
- Chemicals (chemicals, petrochemicals, refineries).
Basic responsibilities:
- Organizing and monitoring the construction process in accordance with the construction law
- Keeping a construction diary
- Participation in the preparation of tender agreements in terms of the requirements imposed by the construction law
- Cooperation with OHS
- Control of changes in the scope of work.
- Managing contractors' contractual obligations, including cost, quality, and schedule.
- Planning, organization, coordination and supervision of the Construction Management Team.
- Representing a team of contractors before the client on the construction site and in external matters with other parties.
- Cooperation with the client.
Basic Job Requirements
Our expectations:
- Possession of construction qualifications to manage construction without restrictions
- Several years of experience in the proposed role within the power, oil & gas, and nuclear sectors, preferably in Poland and abroad.
- Understanding and expertise in general construction industries, health and safety regulations, QA/QC on the construction site, material handling, contract administration, on-site document management.
- Strong organizational and personnel skills.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Category B driving license.
- Work permit i EU.
- Willingness to relocate to construction sites across Europe.
