We are looking for a team member to help win new business by applying their strong leadership, strategic development, and proposal management skills.
This management role will lead the local Marketing Services team that provides coordination, editing, writing, formatting, graphics, desktop publishing, presentations, production, and systems services to support the sales and marketing, functional, and corporate requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proposal and marketing manager to work with an established team while providing their own unique perspective to help us grow.
You will find success in your ability to:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the development process of proposals, qualifications, client presentations, internal publications, and multimedia marketing collateral
• Manage resources, operations, and daily activities of the office’s Marketing Services team
• Display initiative, direct, and motivate staff consisting of graphic designers, marketing and proposal coordinators, and desktop publishers
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Interface effectively with internal customers to handle requests for marketing collateral
• Work directly with the sales and proposal teams to develop and produce proposals and presentations that fully reflect the client requirements and Fluor’s value proposition
• Assist to determine the scope of work, develop compliance checklists, set a production schedule, coordinate level of services and resources, and track any special client requirements
• Facilitate highly creative graphic design for production of sales and marketing materials
• Conceptualize, develop, and coordinate sales and marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, tradeshow materials, and websites
• Facilitate (or oversee facilitation of) proposal strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, reviews, and planning meetings
• Coordinate marketing activities among corporate headquarters, business lines, Marketing Services offices, and other functional groups
• Ensure adherence to the corporate brand and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s health, safety & environmental and sustainability policies
Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years* if non-degreed
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, employees, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent or work experience in English, marketing, communications, or business preferred
• Advanced knowledge of a variety of software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint in a Windows environment, online integrated proposal management systems, and capability to integrate into final product
• Strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to lead are a must
• Able to organize, expedite, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Keen sense of attention to detail
• Able to accommodate a flexible schedule; willing and able to adapt to the demands of a high-paced corporate environment
• Able to manage others and work with minimal supervision
• Capable of applying marketing principles to Fluor’s business activities

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $102,000.00 - $184,000.00
