This position possesses competence in quality principles and practices for a nuclear project. This role plans and executes standard technical and administrative performance improvement assignments. This role guides nuclear project personnel in problem identification and resolution. Responsibilities include:
- Administer project corrective action program (CAP) processes, including granting and maintaining appropriate access rights for trained project personnel.
- Process project Condition Reports in CAP in accordance with procedural requirements.
- Facilitate project nonconformance reporting processes, including reporting of counterfeit, fraudulent, and suspect items.
- Perform trend analysis activities.
- Administer the project industry experience/ operating experience program.
- Administer the project management assessment program.
- Perform routine reporting of project quality status, including Quality Performance Indicators.
- Contribute to mitigation of quality risks and resolution of client complaints regarding quality issues.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and three (3) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to seven (7) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
- Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
- Familiarity with ASME NQA-1 and 10 CFR Part 21.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good written communication skills
- Good decision-making skills.
- Ability to advocate nuclear quality principles.
- Ability to collaborate with project management and quality personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cause Analyst certification and experience.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $74,000.00 - $138,000.00
