Job Description
In coordination with Project Management and Client Team, this role ensures full compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contractual terms and conditions. Professional knowledge for this position should be having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skills/knowledge in job-related areas and remain aware of current developments and trends in areas of expertise. This position requires committing to an action after developing alternative courses of action that are based on logical assumptions and factual information and that take into consideration resources, constraints and company values.
- Conduct resource surveys and contractual risk assessments; Deliver clear reports and recommendations;
- Develop, review, and maintain Master Contract Documents
- Support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
- Ensures organizational procedures remain aligned, consistent, and compliant while providing leadership, direction, and oversight to the teams executing those processes
- Lead, manage, and mentor team members, ensuring clear expectations, strong compliance performance, effective workflows, and cohesive execution across the group
- This role has the potential to directly manage others

Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fourteen (14) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eighteen (18) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
- Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
- Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities
- Stay current and updated with Contract Management practices and procedures, and industry developments; remain informed of current developments and potential changes within the Contract Management group
- Prepare Project Contract Procedures in alignment with corporate and project requirements
- Develop and maintain Project Compliance Department effort-hour budget
- Participate in Fluor University® for training, professional growth, and career development
- Interface and collaborate with all levels of the project team, and be able to represent and interface with all levels of internal and/or external management and corporate organization persons; conduct meetings with interfacing disciplines in the support of Fluor and project requirements
- Conduct audits on other projects to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and established best practice
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as a Master’s in Business Administration, or global equivalent
- Fourteen (14) years of contract management, subcontract administration, and procurement experience supporting engineering and construction projects
- Broad understanding of the construction industry and contract language associated engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM)

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $119,500.00 - $222,500.00
