Job Description
Operating under detailed instructions and review, the purpose of this position is to provide the essential technical knowledge and perform the work listed. This role has the responsibility to promote Fluor's competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering quality services of unmatched value and technical competence. The purpose of this position is to work on design and perform 3D layout of moderate scope to support the Design Area Lead or Lead.
• Prepare 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings of moderate complexity
• Review drawings, and vendor equipment documentation of basic to moderate complexity within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution
• Perform bulk material take-off analysis and tabulations
• Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
• Preferred Pharma/ Semiconductor/Battery Projects experience
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering with 12 to 20 Years experience
Knowledge and familiarity of following:
o Cleanroom Mechanical Systems including Fan Filter Units (FFUs) with HEPA/ ULPA filtration
o Experience in SP3D, Navisworks, PDMS, Microstation, Autocad 3D and Revit, P3D
o HVAC layout Drawings
o Model Walkthrough, Model review tag closure
o Material take-off, Air Flow Diagrams, Ducting and Instrumentation Diagrams, Ducting layout drawings and drawing extraction work
o Space Management Considerations and space allocation
o Suppliers Submittal Review and Approval

• Should have excellent facilitation and communication skills necessary to interface with Client, suppliers, team members, technologists and peers. Must be able to build and maintain strong, positive and lasting relationships through collaboration
