Job Description
The Reporting & Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining critical financial, labor, proposal, and operational reports that support business decision‑making across offices and business lines. The role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities , accuracy, ownership, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and reliable reporting.
Basic Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial reporting, MIS, or project accounting (or similar roles).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel. Power BI, Power Point Presentations, and SAP will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global or project‑based organization.
- Familiarity with forecasting methodologies
