Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Project Quality team.

This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and coordination within a dynamic project environment. If you have strong organizational skills and experience supporting teams in the nuclear industry, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide general administrative support to the Project Quality team.
•    Manage travel arrangements, including processing Travel Authorization Requests and expense reports.
•    Coordinate interviews and training sessions for Quality personnel.
•    Support mobilization and demobilization of Quality team members.
•    Maintain QA documentation and ensure proper transmittal to records storage.
•    Issue and manage correspondence, including meeting notes, supplier notifications, and submittals to CNCAN.
•    Track training and certification status of QA team members.
•    Provide logistical support for external audits (Client, CNCAN, ISCIR), including meeting room arrangements, meals, transportation, and other requested support.

Basic Job Requirements

•    Previous experience in administrative support roles; experience in the nuclear industry preferred.
•    Strong organizational and communication skills.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in technical field preferred

• Two (2) years of related Quality/project experience

• Basic interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic leadership and decision-making skills
