Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and product-focused Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team and play a pivotal role in advancing our enterprise AI and digitalization strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data science, machine learning, and business intelligence, and is passionate about building scalable, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact across our global Supply Chain and EPC operations.

You will lead and contribute to AI/ML R&D initiatives, drive technical enablement across engineering, supply chain and business teams, and help shape the future of automation and intelligence in our EPC workflows.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in implementing software applications, data analytics, machine learning, or BI development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise data warehouses.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
    • Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights that drive business outcomes.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and build data models that support performance tracking.
  2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)
    • Contribute to research and development efforts to prototype AI/ML solutions for complex business workflows. Build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) in areas such as OCR, computer vision, and LLM-based document automation.
    • Explore and integrate advanced tools like GPT-4, Azure AI, and Python-based CV/NLP frameworks for use cases including technical drawing validation, electrical workflows, and documentation automation.
    • Apply statistical and ML techniques to solve business problems (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, optimization). Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and reliable data pipelines.
  3. Cross-Functional Enablement
    • Deliver technical workshops and Copilot training to engineering managers and business leads to improve AI literacy and accelerate adoption.
    • Partner with business teams to define automation goals, assess feasibility, and translate domain-specific needs into scalable AI solutions.
  4. Product-Focused Mindset
    • Participate in agile product development cycles, contributing to ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
    • Advocate for user-centric design and continuous improvement of data tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to solve highly complex problems in real time
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and deployment best practices.
  • Agile development experience and familiarity with product management principles.
  • .NET programming skills

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
