Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed Level 3 and Level 4 EPC schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent
- Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities into a fully resource-loaded schedule
- Lead schedule development workshops with cross-functional teams
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and validate updates from discipline leads
- Prepare schedule forecasts, look-ahead plans, and recovery plans when required
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and support probabilistic schedule assessments
- Ensure compliance with nuclear quality and regulatory standards in planning processes
- Interface with project controls, cost, and risk management functions to ensure alignment
- Support client reporting requirements, including schedule narratives and variance analysis
- Participate in audits and reviews related to project controls and scheduling
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Basic Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum of 15 years of project planning and scheduling nuclear project experience in the EPC industry.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale capital projectsStrong proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong understanding of critical path method scheduling techniques
- Ability to analyze complex schedule data and communicate findings clearly
- Experience working in a multi-discipline project environment
Other Job Requirements
• Participate in the development and implementation of training courses and mentoring of Project Controls personnel
• Support and actively participate in Fluor Project Controls Global Initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Prior experience supporting nuclear projects such as new build, SMR, or major nuclear outagesKnowledge of nuclear regulatory environments and quality requirements
- Experience with resource loading, earned value management, and progress measurement systems
- Familiarity with risk analysis tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis or Safran RiskExperience in EPC contractor environment, preferably on large mega-projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
