Summary

 

Fluor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts that align with our company’s strategic goals.

 

Scope 

 

In this role, you will work as a trusted advisor to our business leaders as you endeavor to attract top-tier talent across a variety of disciplines-ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for consulting and advising their stakeholders pertaining to best practices and policies.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Provide expert guidance and partnership to stakeholders to ensure alignment between the company’s strategic goals and recruitment efforts
  • Partner directly with Hiring Managers to define roles, calibrate candidates and execute hiring strategies
  •  Manage the end-to-end candidate life cycle in collaboration with the larger Talent Acquisition function to ensure best in class candidate experience
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and other outreach activities
  • Commitment to ethical hiring, process excellence, and global compliance standards as well as the ability to align, advocate, and communicate consistent recruitment process to internal and external stakeholders
  • Leverage data-driven market insights to support new business proposals, remuneration reviews and growth strategies as well as day-to-day recruitment efforts
  • Advise on compensation strategy, including salary ranges, incentive structures, and market trends
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
  • Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
  • Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • 5+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruiting, with experience in technical or EPC-related recruiting preferred
  • Ability to manage a full desk of professional and/or technical requisitions while delivering candidates in an effective and timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize needs, and manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to recruit effectively within competitive and specialized markets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms and HR analytics tools

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $83,000.00 - $154,000.00
