Job Description
Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
The purpose of this position is to oversee and direct the performance of all field construction activities for assigned craft in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. This position requires a working knowledge and background of assigned work, the ability to appreciate and resolve complex situations with assistance, and see actions as a series of steps.
• Must be able to lead a team of HVAC technicians while making critical decisions on a daily basis.
• Must be engaged with customers, engineers, project managers and tradesmen at all times to ensure all critical work is performed without interruption of service to all equipment.
• Attend Fluor and customer based meetings daily to ensure continuity throughout all vested parties.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, public holidays and possible shift work to ensure 24 hour HVAC coverage to facility.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Able to prioritize and schedule Corrective and Preventive Maintenance tasks within Fluors multishift
HVAC department.
• Must be able to lead team of HVAC Technicians to ensure all critical equipment are maintained properly
while being in constant communication with vendors, contractors, procurement, logistics and Facilities
Operations Team.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Must be able to plan and execute trades to ensure they work in a safe manner utilizing all required PPE,
site safety plans and safe work practices at all times.
• Duties include; inspects field work performed; plans and estimates maintenance and repair work;
maintains records of work order requests and completion.

Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and no required previous years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to four (4) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
• Facilities HVAC Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual
contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. High School diploma or GED
• Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Polygraph
• U.S. Citizen with valid driver’s license

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $59,000.00 - $111,000.00
