Job Description
Coordinates and supports the Department of Public Works function as assigned. Coordinates and schedules activities of departments within the public works family to ensure services are provided on a timely basis. Reports the operation status of the assigned organization to public works management and/or site management. Provides technical and public works assistance and support to projects. Interprets code, standards, and specifications to ensure compliance with these statues during delivery of services. Performs inspections and audits of public works activities to determine conformance with specified requirements. Provides instruction and training for special processes and procedures. Communicates with company and project management as well as designers and client representatives in the establishment and implementation of public works programs. Trains, schedules, and supervises subordinate public works employees. Performs duties in accordance with AR 750-1, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, AR 200-1, AR 58-1, AR 750-10, AR 750-6, DA Pam 750-8, TB MED 750-1, TM-10, TM-20, TM-30, manufacturer instruction or operating manuals, current DLA Disposition Services (DLADS) disposal guidelines, AR 420-1, AR 190-11, and Department of Defense Uniformed Facilities Code (UFC). Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and minimum of six (6) years related experience.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $16,380.00 - $25,740.00
