Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the handling of complex material expediting within established Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures
- Perform expediting activities for engineered equipment and materials in accordance with the Material Management Plan
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
- Perform data entry into and monitor and run reports accordingly using the Material Management Work Process
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Engineering graduate, at least 3 years of work-related experience primarily in the area of Expediting.
- Preferably with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Mining, or other heavy industrial projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
