How You Will Be Supported

Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by

Your Mentor

A senior professional who will guide you, provide constructive feedback, assist with development planning, and coach you in technical and soft skills.

 Your Line Manager

Your day to day leader, supporting your performance, technical learning, and on the job development.

 Human Resources & Graduate Working Group

Dedicated program oversight, regular check ins, rotation planning, professional development support and continuous improvement of the program experience.

  • Proof of Australian work rights (ie we can only accept those who have Australian PR or Citizenship)

 

We will look to begin interviews in June/July 2026 with a start date mid November 2026
