  • Adelaide or Perth Based
  • Fulltime – Onsite (CBD)

About the Role

As our Mobilisation Lead, you’ll be the crucial link between planning and performance, responsible for ensuring our workforce and partners are ready to hit the ground running , safely, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll align with the contractors and climate on remote mobilisation facilities, streamline onboarding, and give stakeholders the clarity they need to deliver on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce mobilisation, training, and onboarding for site personnel and contractors.
  • Validate and coordinate owner-supplied site services, from flights, accommodation, and camps, to water and waste, ensuring delivery partners are always supported.
  • Forecast and manage accommodation supply and demand, removing bottlenecks before they happen.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in site services, mobilising support and escalation as required.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Managers and Construction Leads to balance capacity, demand, and priority across projects.
  • Oversee staffing and performance of all Permit-to-Work (PTW) and isolation activities.
  • Develop and refine mobilisation methods, techniques, and troubleshooting processes for field execution.
  • Champion communication between craft, supervision, and management to keep every site moving in sync.

You will bring:

  • Advanced knowledge in a technical or project management discipline, backed by significant field experience.
  • Proven expertise in workforce mobilisation and remote site operations.
  • A talent for forecasting, planning, and managing competing priorities under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • A passion for safety, compliance, and delivering excellence the Fluor way.
