Job Description
This position assists in essential job duties and functions with the overall objective of working in a team environment consistently providing top-quality, technical and administrative support to projects from start-up to close-out, while maintain solid customer relationships.
- Assist with major project activities, including support of task force objectives and/or project milestones
- Participate in task force meetings
- Report directly to a task force project manager or project director
- Execute administrative tasks
- Ensure that project correspondence and project documentation are handled according to a prescribed format
- Assist in writing, editing, and updating the (Project) Procedure Manual and Job Bulletins
- Apply in-depth knowledge of set-up, maintenance, and close out of company contract files and records retention procedures in accordance with the Project File Index and Retention Schedule
- Understand task force organizational structure and importance of positive interface with Clients and all disciplines toward overall effectiveness of the engineering, procurement, and construction/field effort
- Comprehend client billing and task force related charges
- Set up and maintain project log books and correspondence numbering system, both hard copy and electronic in accordance with the Project File Index and Retention Schedule
- Maintain knowledge of contract terms as they apply to reimbursable items, mobilization, overtime, travel, and other situations
- Coordinate activities of other project support technicians
- Coordinate space allocation for project task force
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
- Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
- Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

• Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills, judgment, flexibility
• Strong leadership skills/team player
• Typically requires eight (8) years of project related experience
• Demonstrate proficiency on company standard personal computer equipment and software with the ability to train others

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $83,000.00
