Job Description

The Quality Management Team is seeking an individual with a set of specialized skills and knowledge that can handle challenges and complexities of the offices and construction project quality initiatives.

This position would offer decision-making abilities and be able to have a significant impact on the regional and offices quality policies and programs related to new and existing construction projects.

 

• Oversee technical quality (i.e., adherence to client, regulatory agency, and company requirements), perform administrative functions (i.e., budgeting, forecasting, staffing, etc.), and help to maintain harmonious client relations

• Communicate effectively with all labor grades, and contribute ideas that stimulate positive direction of business line personnel

• Serve as construction project Quality Manager on small projects, if necessary

• Serve as the office Quality Manager, if necessary

• Facilitate the implementation of the Operating System Requirements (OSR) in offices for which responsibility is allocated

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and five (5) years of work-related experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

• Job related technical knowledge necessary to support the Construction Quality efforts

• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

• Moderate interpersonal and communication skills

• Moderate leadership and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Auditor certification by outside agency (e.g., Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB), American Society for Quality (ASQ), International Quality Associates (IQA), etc.) preferred

• Applied Construction experience in Life Sciences, Data Centers or Advanced Manufacturing (Heavy Industrial)

• Internal Lead Auditor certification preferred

• Recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
