Job Description
The purpose of this position is provide a center of excellence for proposal development and production with a focus of supporting the businesses in the winning of work by providing coordination, editing, writing, formatting, graphics, desktop publishing, presentations, production, and systems to support the Business Lines’ sales and marketing, functional, and corporate requirements. This role typically has regional/local Marketing Services office and/or global functional responsibilities and direct/indirect reporting relationships with Marketing Services Managers, Marketing Services Specialists, Marketing Technicians and/or Web Designers/Artists.
• Responsible for the operations and activities of the Marketing Services organizations within a defined region/office and/or global functional group, consisting of the one of the major execution centers as well as offices dependent upon that execution center for the provision of full-service Marketing Services capabilities
• Develop and implement the strategic direction of Marketing Services on a regional/office basis
• Coordinate resources and oversee associated activities
• Responsible for leading the Marketing Services activities regionally/locally into new services and developing staff to provide the highest quality material and managing to the Fluor brand
• Develop budget for office and oversee budget adherence
• Lead local group, display initiative, direct, and motivate staff
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fourteen (14) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eighteen (18) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $118,500.00 - $213,500.00
