Job Description

As a key member of the project controls team, you will support the department manager in delivering high-quality cost control and scheduling activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, transparently, and on budget.
 
Key responsabilities:
 

• Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project coding structures to ensure control and integrity of the work.
• Compile and manage accurate cost data to prepare the project budget and update its progress.
• Develop cost control/scheduling procedures and execution plans for projects.
• Participate in weekly project cost review/scheduling meetings.
• Develop and implement a basic change management system for engineering and construction.
• Identify trends and deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain the established project cost schedule/timeline and prepare schedule/cost status reports.
• Provide meaningful and accurate historical data.
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks effectively and in a timely manner, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as perform administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable global policies, procedures, and standards.

 

Basic Job Requirements


• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably carrying out the tasks mentioned in EPCM projects or similar.
• Advanced level of PRIMAVERA P6.
• Advanced level of MS Project.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Basic drawing interpretation.
• Full proficiency in the MS Office package.
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
