Job Description

Provide oversight of a classified program. Establish a course of action within limits of company practices and guidelines, to perform essential job duties and functions as listed below with the overall objective of establishing an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, profitability, quality and value to the client.
- Ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets
- Ensure adequate staffing is available to provide continuous support throughout the program
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) is emphasized throughout all project and related sites
- Develop, maintain, and manage financial forecasting systems
- Develop, in close coordination with the client, a goals related program that achieves “World Class” operational excellence. Template will be provided.
- Develop an understating of the Fluor prime contract and relevant subcontracts
- Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statues and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required
- 5 years’ experience (within the past 10 years) performing as a Project Manager in the Operations and Maintenance industry
- Must show experience as a Project Manager on at least one (1) construction project that included secure space renovation and included, but was not limited to, the following elements: secure area construction project shall be for permanent construction, projects must have been completed and accepted by the customer within the past 5 years
- Some domestic and international travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications
- Jobsite experience and understanding of construction safety programs
- HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, or other technical certification
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of self-performance with responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments and tasks
- Demonstration of innovation, initiative, maturity, and sound judgement
- Ability to influence a group of diverse individuals, each with their own goals, needs, and perspectives, to work together effectively for the good of a project
- PMP certification
- Local candidates preferred.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
